    Can anyone help me first time to thassos thinking of staying at plaza socrates in skala prinou have the studios a seaview and is there a hairdryer in the room any more information about the area would be welcome two sprightly 70year olds

    the place you r going to stay is beautiful next to the sea only 5 minutes walking.

    you will need to take the local bus to move around if you want to see more which is running every 2 hours or less. as regards about hair dryers no chance in any hotel unless is 5 star, like Ilion Mare which is again a 5 minutes walk. Also i recommend to have a walk through the little forest of prinos its very nice or to take the ferry across to kavala where you can go for shopping for the day. i wish you a lovely holiday!!!!!

    Hi Maria & friends,

    The camera is not a stationary one. It has a motor and very soon it will be moving around and zooming in, just like the last one. We are also waiting for the internet connection speed at Hotel Blue Bay to be upgraded, which will enhance the feed and allow the full HD quality video to be streamed. The work for us is ongoing and your webcam experience will only get better over time, promise. :)

    Kalimera! Kalispera! Kalinichta! It's like all my birthday's have come at once! The depression has now lifted! Doesn't it make you just want to book another week in Golden Beach? The thought of dipping toes in that beautiful blue sea as you walk the length of the beach from the Fedra to Skala Potamia! The thought of Moussaka and Mythos at the Vigli with an Adonis waiting on you hand and foot! The thought of Lamb Kleftiko and Red Wine at the Playa de Oro restaurant and then a beautiful moonlight walk round the bay and back to the Hotel. The thought of sitting in the square in Panagia just watching the world go by! The thought of lovely long walks through the mountains with the views of Ipsarion in the background! The thought of ....... must stop dreaming and get back to work painting the bedroom!
