    Pff ce dor imi e de Thassos.Cea mai ieftina vacanta din strainatate dar cea mai frumoasa.Nu ratati un tur al insulei cu atv-ul.Senzati tari si poti opri in toate statiunile!.Love u thassos!

    wow, you weren't joking Sebastian when you said the new web cam would be good, its awesome. Was great meeting you at the Emerald last week. Sadly we are now back in the uk but due to return to lovely Thassos on 25th August.

    The new webcam quality is superb. It's great to see everyone enjoying the beach nd watching the waiters in their white shirts serving at Fedras, Two large Mythos please.

    Will be there September. Is Potos Car Rental still based at Golden Beach?

    I discovered this beautiful place 17 years ago. Ihave been to other places and other countries but Golden Beach is my heaven on earth. I havent been for 6 yrs as got divorced and money was tight. I AM RETURNING this September and cant wait to show my new partner the place i fell in love with all those years ago. Ilove watching the web cam as i miss Thassos so. :-*

    Having breakfast in my back garden for the first time this summer (first time it has been warm enough) can't belief it looks cloudier on Thassos than here in UK! We'll be there on the beach 5 weeks today! Counting the days now.

    Just returned from 2 fantastic weeks in Thassos, we went independently this year flying easyjet from Manchester to Thessaloniki, hiring a car from the airport and then drove to Keramoti for the ferry. We never realized how easy this would be and have now decided that we shall not be using Thomsons again.One bit of advice regarding Potas car hire, the guys who brought the car to the airport tried to con us out of 100 euros, first they said it was for fuel, but when I pointed out that the car was almost empty they then said it was in case I got a speeding ticket, when I said that I would ring the office they said that they would ring them, then came back and said no charge. This was the only hiccup we had and we will still use them again.

    im glad that you found the journey to thassos from thessaloniki good
    we have been doing it that way every year since 2004
    we pay half of what thomson want.
    more people should do it this way found the hotel you like and book it direct with them. the hotel will be pleased as thomson only pay them a small amount of money

    Hello, we visit Thassos island every year.I see the island all year long from the camera and I would say that the settings of it, aren't as good as those last year, because it doesn't show the same place for a long time. I would really appreciate it if the camera was fixed at Monopetri for for a longer time. Thank you. smilies/cheesy.gif:)

    Adilee And Toni - We have been thinking about doing the same journey as you and i wanted to ask how easy is it to get onto the motorway at Thessaloniki airport to drive to Kerramoti and also where do you hire car from please ? :)
