Been to Thassos many times since 1991.Just like going home,looking forward to June next year.The locals in Scala Potamia are so friendly,they never seem to forget you.
We have made many friends there.

Hard to believe it snows in Thassos.....our memories are all about cold drinks, hot days and sandy beaches...go figure...the more the reasons to return to Thassos during the spring, summer season

We managed to grab two stills from the webcam feed of the event. Due to the high waves, they didn't jump into the water off the pier. They ran into the water from the beach. Hopefully next year there will be a better view

Of course you can. You'd have an amazing view from the top of Ipsario (1200 meters). On a clear, cold day, you can see so far out. Looking south, you'd see our neighboring islands which you wouldn't normally see.
