Cash or card?

Hi,
Just like the UK, do restaurants and shops on Thassos, in particular Golden Beach prefer payments to be made by card, or is cash still widely excepted?

Cash is still king on Thassos but cards are accepted pretty much everywhere now. You can pay however you'd like. If you choose to pay with your card mainly, I recommend always carrying a bit of cash with you just in case.
