The 4 beaches on Thassos that will be made accessible for disabled people

I just wanted to share some good news with you, especially for those with disabilities who use a wheelchair.

It has been announced that four of the island's beautiful beaches will be equipped with facilities to help our wheel-chair bound visitors enjoy them even more. Yay (about time)!

1. Limanaki Beach in Limenas
   
2. Golden Coast Beach in Skala Potamia
   
3. Trypiti Beach near Limenaria
   
4. Skala Prinos Beach
   

Facilities will include:

1. An autonomous sea access device
   
2. Lockers for storing possessions
   
3. Porta potty designed for the disabled
   
4. Shading and parking spaces
   

In Skala Potamia, there will also be a guidance system for people with visual impairments.
