I've recently had to follow the Fodmap diet wheat free, lactose and fructose free would this be a problem if we decided to go half board and where could you recommend places to stay?
That's a question I'd ask your hosts. They know best what is included in the meals they will serve you. They are also the ones who could possibly make special arrangements for you. I suggest that you contact the hotels you like on this website and tell them about your dietary needs. Ask if they can meet them or if they have alternatives to offer.
I'd personally recommend taking the self-catering route, which will give you an abundance of food choices - restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, butchers, fish markets, the bazaar, super markets and more. That way you have full control over what you eat and drink during your holiday on Thassos!
Most restaurants on Thassos are mom-and-pop owned. They usually are very happy to meet specific requirements if asked. Keep this in mind also!
