Fishing off a boat is not a problem. If you have a boat you can go around and do it. As an alternative, there are small boats that you may rent per day or half a day and go with the boatman to places where you can fish. There are also some spots on the main land which are very good for fishing. If you have the patience and the ability, I am sure you will find a way to practice your hobby.
