Are there any busses between Panagia the village and Panagia Skala?

Dear Aspasia, yes there are buses between Panagia and Skala Panagia.

The buses that go from Limenas to Golden Beach or from Limenas to Panagia-Potamia also go from Panagia to Skala Panagia.

You can find the times for these routes and see how frequent they are by looking at the bus schedule on Go-Thassos.

The bus schedule is also posted at the bus stop in Panagia, located at the entrance of the village, next to the road that takes you to Skala Panagia.

In summer, the bus goes from Limenas into Potamia, via Panagia of course and then to Skala Potamia and on to the very far end of Golden Beach at Skala Panagia where it turns round for the trip back i to Limenas - times on the GoThassos site - and it's a lovely ride -almost like an excursion.

I've never seen a bus down there but i could be wrong. As far as i know the buses stick to the main road.
