I have some friend that last week went to Thassos, on Golden Beach. They told me that on the beach there are a lot of spring fresh water that are along the beach, sprung.
They told me that the beach is devastated by those springs… I am a little bit worried about this phenomenon. Please tell me, it is a temporary phenomenon according with the june- july period that is a little bit rainy or are some problems with the beach?

We had a wet winter this year and there is a section of Golden Beach where the water from the mountains run into the sea. This section is very, very small and it has always been there. Not to worry, it doesn’t pose any problems for people at the beach so go enjoy beautiful Golden Beach! 
Could you tell me where is the section, located? The section is near the rock that appears in your camera?
