Live Webcam at Golden Beach, Thassos

Hi everybody ! I was in Thassos at the beginning of September and I spent the honeymoon there… It’s such a restful place.. It really feels like home.. The hotel was great, Esperides, near Limenas and the most beautiful beach I think is Paradise beach, along with others too, but this one is special ! We had great time and we’ll be back there for sure! Seeing images of Golden Beach, I feel like reliveing the moments spent there…

So glad the web cam is back up. I have missed seeing the view. How is my big brother doing? I hear he has been to the office. I hope he is getting better everyday. Please let me know. I leave for Cozumel Mexico on Sunday.

I remember seeing many people on the beach a few months ago. Now there’s not a soul to be found. Winter must be very quiet on Thassos

Ref Ricky’s comments - can someone tell me if there is a ten pin bowling alley on Thassos, and if so, where it is? Cheers

There’s no bowling alley anywhere on Thassos. The comment was in reference to bowling on the Nintendo Wii. Would be nice to have a real one though

I spent holyday 3 times on Thasos. Did anybody visit mr. antiquary in Panagia? excellent guy!
The sunset on west side of Thasos at Skala Marion is great…

Been to Thassos many times since 1991.Just like going home,looking forward to June next year.The locals in Scala Potamia are so friendly,they never seem to forget you.
We have made many friends there.

looks like we’re going to have bad weather tonight. the police have closed off the road between Limenas and Panagia. YAY…snow!!
