Hello, after the floods that occurred about a month ago, a large amount of debris reached the beach and the sea: plastic bottles, polystyrene, polyurethane, household waste, glass shards, beer cans, gasoline and motor oil containers, metal nails, a lot of wood, and many other types of trash. These can be found on the beach, in the water, and buried in the beach shoreline in Skala Potamia, Golden Beach, and Skala Potamia.
I do not know to what extent the authorities have intervened in the meantime to thoroughly clean the beach, but for over a month I have been seeing the same large garbage bins between Paralia Nouveau and Alexandra Golden, where the situation looks like an ecological disaster due to the amount of waste buried there by the sea waves.

What exactly have the authorities done in the last 30 days after the floods?
Could you please write to the municipality or contact them by phone to clean the beach of this waste?
