Returning to Thasos in 20 days time and can’t wait, this is my third year, although i used to come nearly 40 years ago. Looking for to spending time at the Drift Bar and the Blue Café, watching the world go by!

Blue Cafe fantastic for people watching. My husband used to play draughts with my son when he was young, while I read a book. Many happy afternoons spent there

Hi Gango, Yes, the Blue Cafe is perfect for people watching and relaxing. I always had a drink there every evening with Costa
The Drift Bar on the beach has gone this year, another bar is being built, but when I left on the 18th June, it still wasn’t finished, maybe when I return in late August it will be … they need to hurry up and finish or they will miss the summer season!
This was my third year visit but it still has much of the charm it had nearly 40 years ago.
