Has anyone visited the Honey factory on Thassos,my wife loves Thassos honey,and I was wondering if you can actually visit the honey factory and see the process of making it.

We visited when on train trip too.
Very interesting, you can by both pine and orange blossom honey there. We were able to see the hives close up…very close up!
Tried to add a photo but can’t due to settings. Young guy in vest, shirts and flip flops, quick squirt of smoke into the hives and takes out one of the combs. Fascinating. Bees really calm.
Will go again this year.

Potamia village. We stopped at it on the three village tour on the little train. Well worth it.
