Just a quick update - following the nightmare we had with Tui in the weeks leading up to our holiday (cancelled flight and then cancelled hotel 3 days before flying…) I am pleased to say that we found another hotel and are currently sitting in Thassos having a wonderful holiday.
We booked into the Socrates Plaza hotel as a last minute booking and we really couldn’t be more happy. What a jem of a hotel - beautiful setting and wonderful staff!!!

Hope everyone else gets their planned holidays this year - we’re already talking about returning to the island in 2022.

Glad you have a lovely hotel nowwe are coming to thassos in 3 weeks and are unsure to book our return testing with Tui or to get it done on the island privately be interested to know what your plans are.

We booked all the tests through tui. Return on Sunday so will be doing one on Friday or Saturday. Had no issues with the test on the way out.

Thank you for that reply where are you having the test done before you fly home …did you take the test out with you ?and is it a pcr test thanks

No, it was the antigen test which the company used by tui (chronomics) sent out to us before we departed. We took it with us.
