Atspas beach ruined
Went to our favourite small beach Atspas yesterday, it has now been turned into an organised beach with cafe and full of sun beds, so very little room if you didn’t want to use your own parasol etc, and cost to rent 2 sun beds is now 20 euro! Which is a total rip off, most people were using the small supermarket at the top of the steps to buy food and drinks rather than use the cafe. Yet another gem disappears from the island, if you drive to the other side of Skala Marian there is another beach and no charge for beds just buy drinks as usual.

Good to see the sky has cleared of smoke. Fingers crossed everyone will heed the advice about forest fire danger and keep Thassos free of fires this summer.

Hi, if I read ir right, you Land in Thessaloniki you will need around 2 hours from there to keramoti it might be a little less in the evening. So by the time you have collected your luggage and car (?) it will be very tight. I would recommended staying in Thessaloniki für the night.

Hi, everybody just leave their cases close to the stairs just as you enter the ferry.

Hi, we've been going to thassos for close to 15 years now and never had problems with delays As Kavala is a small Airport and very efficient, the 7.45 would be my choice.

I’ve been doing it on and off for 20 years
I fly to Thessaloniki pick up a car from Potos you can drop it at your resort after 3 days You can then pick up a different car 2 days before your return and drive back to Thessaloniki and drop car there
The drive is simple on good road and it’s quite direct
It gives you the option of going whenever you want and book direct with your accommodation EasyJet fly to Thessaloniki almost every day
