We are returning to Thassos after 6 year break. I note from WebCam lots of umbrellas. Is there still place left to place a mat and your own brolley. Steve
Indeed there are more sunbeds on the beach than there were 6 years ago during your last visit! However, even today you'll find space for your own mats and umbrella.
Just keep in mind that July and August is the high season and if you're coming during that time, you'll have more competition than if you were to come in June or September. Golden Beach has gotten very popular but if you're an early bird, then you'll have choices even in July and August. Just get there early!
