If anybody is interested, this was our first ever trip to Thassos and the trip report got too big, so I had to link in parts of it but just click on the 'links' to see various bits like apartments and the '4x4 mountain ride' etc.
The four villages trip which I also describe doesn't run unless you can vouch for at least 15 people which is a shame as it was well worthwhile
